We ordered replacement poles for our Swag during lockdown in June. It was great to get notified that our poles "We are out of stock, this is the date we expect the stock to be back in." However after getting the same email month after month, for 6 months, it got a bit frustrating. A better approach would have been to inform us "That due to COVID we don't know when your order will arrive, we will be in contact when we have stock."
That all being said when they finally got stock our order was shipped quickly and arrived in the next couple of days.
