I have been very unhappy with my experience of trying to purchase a Coleman Northstar Instant Up 4 Lighted DarkRoom Tent. I originally placed an order online on 19/11/2020 and despatch was showing as 2/12/2020. This didn't happen and a new date for despatch changed to 01/01/2021. I requested a refund which I received. Later when I checked online the tent was showing as in stock and available. I phoned the Fyshwick store and ordered one for pickup on my way to my holiday on 24/12/2020. The tent did not arrive at the store and then appeared as out of stock once again. It is now showing as despatching on 01/02/21. Two despatch dates have passed by without any tent supplied. This has taken up a lot of my time and many phone calls and I still don't have the tent I ordered nearly two months ago. I will be requesting another refund and this time I will purchase the tent from another supplier. Stating despatch dates on your website which are not met is misleading and frustrating for customers and messes us around a lot.
