When I requested to know what the total price would be for four items, the salesperson checked the prices online and returned to me with a quote of $195.00
When I got to the checkout, the price requested was $195.78
When I questioned this amount as being different to the quoted price, I was told "Don't be so stingy, it is only 78 cents".
Please tell me when a quote is not a quote, and also when did name calling become an acceptable practice when serving customers.
