Was a little disappointed that I didn't get the esky pictured but did get the exact same thing in a different colour (think that what I ended up with is the new bread). I had also ordered my esky with the guarantee of having it prior to going camping for the week. I decided to phone when my order had not arrived in the given days to be politely told it had been put on a back order, I now know for the reason mentioned above, stock availability. I feel that I should have been notified ASAP, as I could have purchased from another supplier to ensure I had it before leaving for camping. On a positive note the staff that I dealt with to resolve this matter were awesome, I guess these things happen. I will definitely still shop with Tentworld but feel this should be a process they should review to save any other dissatisfied customers in the future.
