I received a partial delivery of my tent from toll. I had to wait 3 weeks for the missing item to be delivered.
I had to email/call toll/TentWorld multiple times to get a status update on this issue, there was no transparency or offers of help.
Even though TentWorld sent all items promptly and toll was at fault for the delay, I believe that TentWorld should have done more, I expected you to send me the missing items separately and deal with toll independently instead of making this the customers problem.
