I really struggled to get good service. The people behind the counter were more interested in the processes they were following than setting expecations with customers and talking to people.
I will shop else where as I found it really disappointing and this has happened each time I have gone in there and each time I give it the benifit of it being busy or some other reason. Sorry but you have lost a customer.
