I had excellent customer service from the chat operator (I think based on QLD). Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the NSW store in punchbowl. I live a long distance away and had to call them to ask my questions. I called four times over one month. Every time I called I felt like they rushed me, as if I was taking too much of their time. Mind you, I wasn’t wasting their time. I had specific questions that needed a answer. I was not lingering. I’m not saying they were rude, but it is obvious they perform better with in store customers than on the phone. Only Sophie, seemed happier to assist. Customer service should not have to be divided by in store (A guest and on the phone B guest, experience). I love the products of Tentworld.
