Visited store then purchased online as no floor stock. Arrived promptly. Product had a fault/damage. Phone call to store and email follow up was efficient and prompt. Not offered return courier as in returns policy but offered swap at store which involved 3 hours travel. Store were polite and quick swap arranged. No compensation offered for travel. Would recommend Tentworld.
