I purchased a washing machine what was meant to be brand new, it had issues when it arrived including signs of mould and I was informed I would be offered a $20 refund only.
On using the machine and it breaking on the first use, and asking for a refund due to the extra signs of mould and the fact that the machine does not work I have now been offered a refund after organising to spend a full day waiting for the driver to pick up the machine as I couldn’t be given a time frame shorter then “business hours”.
The fact that I was sold a clearly used and returned machine that does not work is not a good sign of the business.
