Good experience dealing with the staff at tentworld when I needed to swap out a faulty tent for a new one. Only thing I can fault is that they use CourierPlease for online deliveries which is the most unreliable courier service in Sydney. My parcel was sitting in the depot for 1 week they never tried to deliver the parcel and I had to go to the depot to pick up the parcel myself.
