Your initial processing was really good, but your decision to choose Toll as your delivery partner and the fact that the entire order was misplaced at first, to which I had to follow up, and then one of the three items I ordered was lost for even longer is why I haven't given you 5 stars. It would have to be a really good deal in the future for me to order online from you again, sorry.
