it was easy to place the order and we were kept informed of delivery dates as it evolved. Not sure why but delivery took 3 months. We were ok with the initial date being after xmas but the 2 or 3 further delays meant some of our plans had to change as we did not have the swag we ordered. I think the thing that was bad about this was how late we were advised of a change in delivery date.
