I brought a gasmate camping shower, I decided to set it up in the backyard and go through the instruction process so I would be ready when I went away. It didn’t work and then when I started calling tentworld customer service no one could help me it was all to hard! I understand products don’t always work but I don’t think tentworld knows that and there customer service is not set up for that.
