As a newby tenter I required advice and the local store Midland WA was great. Also good range of everything. Bought the right tent Zempire Evo TS. On line was a bit more difficult seems like main office just wants a number for the order. No real service. So there were mistakes. Feels like staff are pushed too hard as opposed to wrong people. No follow through no note taking, took lots of calls to return a pump I didn’t need as it comes with the tent. Thanks.
