My item delivery was delayed 5 weeks, when the item finally arrived, it was the wrong item.
A swag that was valued $40 less then the one I paid for.
Tentworld phone service was friendly and helpful, however, the courier that was organised to collect the incorrect item did not arrive the first or second time.
The third time, nearly three months after initial purchase the incorrect item was picked up. The new item(original item purchased) was dispatched and arrived three days later.
The courier pick u was very disappointing and the fact that Tentworld sent out the wrong swag to start with was very poor service.
