In a word 'terrible'!
Tent didn't arrive inside 5 business days. In order to make camping trip had to go to Tentworld in Punchbowl (1.5hrs from where I live) and 'PURCHASE' another one so I could go camping.
Original tent arrived while I was away and now I have to find time to get it back to Tentworld and get a refund!
Tentworld - here is what youj could do:
1. Apologize for the inconvenience
2. Offer to pick the tent up from my office
3. Reimburse me ASAP for the original tent
