Hi,
I have purchased a new coleman tent for $549 and when i was used for first time i saw some torn inside the tent. I went and complaint this to Tent world and they told they will replace the complete tent. But what i got was the replacement of torn part only. Again when i used the new replaced part in next camping i saw a torn on top of the tent. This time I didn't complaint. But I was totally disappointed and not happy with the product and as well tent world service.
