Had a bad experience with your customer service phone hotline when I rang to check in on the order after being notified that it was actually out of stock. The man I spoke to was unhelpful and a bit rude, and I had to ask several questions to get any information from him. It left the impression that tentworld don’t care about their service. I’m unlikely to shop there again.
I did have a second phone call 5 months later with another man who was helpful, not sure if it means there’s varying standards of customer service or not.
