We’re pleased so far with the Nebula. Very disappointed to discover that key minor pieces are missing. We were not informed about this in the shop. Nor is there mention of this any where on the box. In fact the picture on the box features pieces that are not included. I question whether this is even legal. I will consult my solicitor and get back to you. At the very least it’s clearly your duty as the retailer to inform the customer that the pieces in the box don’t match the picture and offer the missing items for free. I’ve never had an experience like this before in 67 years. The Nebula cost $670. And the missing pieces would be no more than a few bucks. It’s something that you should definitely look into.
