This is not really a review of tentworld, because I am always happy with the service when I visit their physical stores, but more a review of the courier company that they use to process their online orders, that courier being Couriers Please, possibly the worst and cheapest courier company in Australia. After watching my tracking go from qld to nsw relatively quickly my package sat in a depot for a week or more then the tracking went blank, so after a few days I called couriers please and asked for a status and after further probing was told by an irate woman they had no idea where it was but they’re team would look into it and would get back to me in 48hrs, after that time I was emailed to say the where looking into it but still no answer, to my surprise the package was delivered 3 or 4 days later but this was around 2.5 weeks after the initial order. To tentworlds defence when I spoke to them after my conversation with the courier they where very thorough and apologetic, but seriously you guys need to stop using Couriers Please it really ruins what is a relatively good experience in store and online.
