Excellent service with very fast dispatch of item, however your choice of Shipping company needs to be reviewed. Toll/Ipec states they do not deliver to my address and held the item at their depot which is 68kms from my home (when all other shipping companies do deliver - we do not live out in the sticks!). I would not have ordered from you if I knew I would have to drive that far to collect my item. (Luckily my husband works 45km from our home and they were able to deliver to him at work). They also did not advise us that our item was ready for collection, so it was only when I followed up the tracking of it, that we discovered it had arrived with them 4 days earlier. So although the product is fantastic and the dispatch was very fast, your choice of shipping company loses you one star.
