For me, it is about 20 days post ordering products and nothing has been processed by tentworld (except the payment). Staff indicated they could see I had paid, had the product in stock, knew my address, but stated they could not send the order due to the invoicing system not sending my order to the warehouse component. Asked if I could talk with someone who could make a decision about processing the order and was advised that nobody in the company could authorise sending the product until "the system" processed the order or the error was fixed (no timeline on this).
Have cancelled my order following a very disappointing experience.
