Tentworld had zero interest in customer service - "Contact Darche Australia for warranty claims" - and this after one week. It's easy to see why people buy off eBay or other online suppliers, when bricks-and-mortar outlets offer the same level of (no) Customer Service service. Darche have promised to look into it "Shouldn't take too long", they said.
