Unfortunately we are one of the unlucky ones. I look at the On-Time deliveries being at 99% and and allow a bit for the Covid dilemma we are in, and look at the average of 5 days delivery and guess we bummed out. After ordering a Fridge Freezer about 6 weeks ago, we placed another significant order on the 10.07.2021, finally got a tracking number over the past 48hrs and when we looked at the tracking, it went from Sydney back up to Qld and apparently is coming back down to Sydney. Who knows what condition it will be in by then. The actual Tentworld store we contacted were awesome and very helpful, but unfortunately Freight Companies have to be included in the same review. It has put a bit of a dampener on ordering online because of the freight company, as we have ordered other gear from Snowy's that arrived in 2 days.. They sell the same gear and similar price to Tentworld. It's now the 30.07.2021, 20 days later, and we are no closer to receiving our goods. Hopefully it will be there when I arrive home.
