I should have read the reviews before ordering as it seems I am having the same experience as a lot of others.
Order was placed 4 days ago and the item has not even been processed by their warehouse. I was told over the phone the item would arrive within 3-5 business days.
Who knows when it will arrive, if at all, based on some of the other reviews.
