Over a month down the track still waiting for an ordered item!!! Was told via email it was a software dispatch issue, when I hadn't reviewed the order I rang and was told that the items were out of stock. For some reason nobody thought to advise me of that at the time of order. If I had not made contact I would still be wondering where they were.
Further to this today I ring the Burleigh store to be told the item is in stock there!!!!! Disgraceful!!! Was a real advocate for your business not any more.
