Ordered an item that was in stock at the time. Order was supposed to be delivered within 2-5 business days. I followed up 2 weeks later: apparently the EOFY stocktake was causing problems, but it would be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Followed up again 2 weeks later: the order processing system was note to blame, apparently causing delays. Issue would be resolved and order would ship within 2-5 business days.
At exactly 2 months from the date of the order, went online again to track progress and was surprised to see it had been canceled. Sent an email and was told “sorry, it’s out of stock”. They sold it to someone else and didn’t bother to say anything to me. ‘Nuff said …
