Took a week and a half to get my item from seq and I live in seq. Placed order before 9am on a Tuesday, (website says 1-3 days to dispatch). Got notice that item was finally being sent the following monday. Made enquires as to item, basically come back as order still in line to be picked even after 3 days. Item purchased is wonderful, not sure if I would order again, my item was 1 small parcel.
