The swag I ordered has failed to turn up, there is no tracking after it was originally lodged, the courier is uncontactable and Tentworld are unwilling to process a refund or send another as it is required urgently. Terrible customer service and after waiting a month I’m still without a swag, without $400, and no resolution! Never order from Tenworld again
