The worst shopping experience over my life. I purchased all tent equipment online on 12 Sep, their website shows "fast delivery" (actually not!!!) My orders be dispatched on 16 Sep, and I received msg be told will receive them on 17 Sep (Friday), I waited whole day but didn't receive anything. Called to Tentworld and be told they will contact deliver company for me on Monday. I waited to Monday but didn't receive any feedback from Tentworld, called them again, and be told they will contact deliver company and will give me a call back. Few hours later, I didn't receive their call but received an email to request to fill a form for refund? I already made booking for my camping trip on 22 Sep, and they told me all my items be delivered back to their warehouse and the only way I can do was claiming refund. That's totally ruined my camping trip. I don't know if they had communicate with deliver company or not, why my items be delivered back to their warehouse.
