Ordered shade shelter in January with an estimated delivery of 2 weeks. I received the sides in this time frame received the main shelter 9 months later well and truly after the camping trips I had planned to use it on. I don’t believe for a second that you didn’t know that you couldn’t get it the time frame you advertised and an auto generated email apologising for the delay just doesn’t cut it for me.
