Very happy with the product and Tentworld process but I really didn’t like fhe courier service. Couriers Please left a calling card because I was at work when they tried to deliver my parcel. I tried to call the number to ask if I could collect my delivery from a depot or choose a particular time on a day. The phone hung up when I tried to call and I could only use the online portal. I tried to fill out a contact us form with a maximum response time of 3 days - no response at all. I won’t be ordering from Tentworld online for this reason. I had to use the Authority to Leave without signature or person home and hope that someone didn’t take my parcel. Fortunately I did get a phone call form the courier to notify me that the parcel had been delivered so I left work and got home to put it away. Other courier companies can be contacted over the phone or allow you collect your parcel from the depot.
