Purchased 2 items 3 weeks ago. 1 item was shipped to the billing address and not to the shipping address so we had to chase it with the courier company as Toll don't deliver to our area that's why we had a different shipping address. The second item has been lost and therefore we still haven't received it. After trying to track it down through the courier company they cant find it so that solution is going nowhere. Tent World have said a week ago they were shipping a replacement item but its still yet to be dispatched. Overall not that good of an experience to say the least.
