A lack of customer services capability is obvious. The product has not been delivered but paid for on October 11th… Tentworld has not delivered services in a reasonable timeframe, and our family holiday is now at risk. A refund of our $649.00 and an official apology would be expected but not being told to chase your courtiers… Bad business in our experience
