Purchased a Darche Intrepador 1400 rooftop tent with sky window in November 2020. Delivery took awhile but ok in the end. I have started my around Aus trip in July 2021 and will end approx Oct 2022.
The main issue I have is with the tent design. I had a 3 metre Olive Python enter the tent at the hinge point. Fortunately I was able to get it out, without serious injury. I believe this is a weak point with the design of this tent, especially if young children are sleeping alone. I was staying at Lawn Hill NP in north Qld. I have included photos.
