Had an occasion to seek assistance for a damaged product. Young person i spoke to about it did not explain product warranty info, instead "investigated", by interrogation ( manager not present). Felt very uneasy. Manager contacted later who made it worse by not wanting feedback on my experience. He was rude and aggressive
