Yet to try out the purchase (Coleman gazebo) but very happy with the helpful staff and service from Tentworld. When the delivery arrived it was only one small package (an additional gazebo wall) - I assumed the other package would show up in the next day or so but it didn't so I checked the tracking online. I was concerned to see that there was only one consignment number and according to the delivery company it had been successfully delivered. A quick call to Tentworld made it clear that it was indeed two packages and one was being held up. The staff followed it up with the delivery company and assured me it would arrive in the next few days - which it did.
