Tentworld were very quick to accept my money however 3 weeks later and I am still yet to receive my goods to the value of $750. While I understand this is largely the fault of the delivery partner Couriers Please, Tentworld have done nothing to resolve this issue despite me now emailing them 2x per day. Terrible customer service and support, zero follow up and absolutely no answers or compensation provided. I will NEVER shop with Tentworld again.
