Purchased led lenser hr7 signature which arrived quickly but it was faulty. I spoke with the team and organised the package ti be sent back for further inspection/repair but unfortunately had to fork out the return fee even after being told i wouldnt need to pay anything.
Other than that the team was quick to respond and helpful.
Fingers crossed I get the headlamp in tip top condition!
