The initial purchase was great and had a follow up call after to confirm everything was fine. Once the items had been sent from courier, they were picked up from your shop and taken to their depot where then they had said the items are too heavy to deliver? Yet they were able to pick them up from your store. I rang tent world support and it seemed like a mistake on the couriers behalf, but the support person was very lazy to follow up with the courier and only sent emails instead of calling to get the items delivered. In the end they still would not deliver and i would have to pick up myself. So i have asked for a full refund which i am still waiting on.
