Not happy at all with my online experience. I wanted to return the camping stove,because the rack doesn't fit and there is several scratches. Even the box was damage. I didn't want it, so asked for a return. It turned up that I must send it back (my cost) or drive to Punchbowl (40min). The inspection is needed (even if I sent photos) and money back not guaranteed. If the team said that the stove is fine, they will send it back to me on my cost. So... I would pay twice for the shopping of item which I don't like and don't want in case that someone says that the scratches are normal for example. 🤦‍♀️ Such a ridiculous return policy! That was my first order and I won't be back again. When you shop online, it means you don't have time to do to the shop and there should be a chance to easy return.
