One of these arrived damaged and was told that i need to drive to my local store to get it replaced, as to return it and have a new one sent out will take a min of 4 weeks. The local store is 30min away which will be an hour and a half round trip which will cost me $180 in time away
Totally unacceptable.I will not be using Tentworld again and will be informing all my customers the same
