I placed an online order for a product that I needed in a hurry, so paid accordingly for “Express Post” when I checked out on the online store. I was hoping that the express service would have my purchase delivered within 5 days. After waiting for shipping information or a tracking number or something and calling Tentworld it turns out that after 3 days my purchase hadn’t even been dispatched yet. So I cancel my order and requested a refund which was agreed upon, then two days later I get a dispatch notification, then I contact tentworld again to enquire about it, and basically get told that it’s just a glitch and if it’s been dispatched there’s not a great deal can be done about it. They managed to intercept it before it left the depot, but the whole situation was handled poorly, paying extra for an express service and then wait until the third day before it dispatched is very poor service to say the least.
