Firstly, ordered a tent online and it never came. The customer support was good, but I ended up having to drive 50 minutes to pick up said tent. Still haven’t had a refund of the first purchased tent. Secondly, bought 2x sleeping bags while in the store (buying the second tent), on first use the sleeping bag case broke and the sleeping bag ripped. Not at all good. Only giving the second star because the customer service rep Stina was lovely to deal with.
