During my recent tent purchase, I mistaken "reserve an item in store" as click & collect. As I was new to tent world, I signed up for emails in order to get $10 discount on first purchase. When I went to your Adelaide store to pay & collect, I was informed they couldn't give me the $10 discount as I had to purchase online. They weren't prepared to help me get online in the store to complete my purchase and told me to go away & order online.. Not impressed.
