Kawana Qld store Manager is absolutely disgusting and detestable with no customer service skills whatsoever. Unhelpful when we purchased our tent and then when we put it up to check it and it was faulty. Took photos CLEARLY showing the problem, the girl who served us said "oh yes shouldn't be a hassle I can clearly see the problem". Gets the manager and he says no we need to put it up to inspect it, doesn't even look at the photo. Refuses to put it up to inspect then, even though its a 3 min instant up tent & we offer to help put it up. 3 staff on and barely a person in the store being Sunday afternoon. Tells us maybe we'll do it today maybe we won't. Was blatantly rude and showed no intention of helping. So we are $$$$ out of pocket and no tent - until he decides if he wants to refund it or not!!
