I ordered a hat, and it took nearly 3 months to arrive due to stock shortages. In the end it was actually a different hat from the one I originally ordered "westrooper black wide brim boonie hat", but I got a "Tactical Assault System" brand instead. Its ok, maybe the original brand is not manufactured anymore? But it would of been nice if someone had contacted me to let me know. I also had to call the service desk number several times to follow up. It would be nice to keep customers informed if an item is delayed like this.
