I purchased the OZtrail Deluxe 3.0 Gazebo V4 from Tentworld and it was delivered within a couple of days which was great as I needed it quickly. The side wall was packed and delivered separately and arrived about a week later. So all Up I am very happy with the Tentworld service. The only issue was that the gazebo was missing a side strap which is not Tentworlds issue as the gazebo was in original packaging I guess from the manufacturer. I logged a warranty claim with some supporting photos and the claim was approved. Currently waiting on the missing strap to be delivered. IN terms of the gazebo I’m very happy with it. I have not been under rain yet so cannot comment on the anti pooling bars but the gazebo is a great step up from our original. For stars only due to the missing strap.
