Horrible culture amongst the staff at the Tweed store. Very rude and singularly unhelpful. No AC in store either. I had asked online for a few tents to be put on hold. I was called and settled on one. I then received texts saying the other tents were not available at that store. The next day I rang to ask and was told the Coleman tent I wanted was in fact in store. So I asked for it to be held. I went in the next day ( I live an hour away) and got there right on 5 as I was confused with the time zone. I was not permitted to collect the tent if had put away. I went back today and was told I had to pay another $50 as the BF sale was over by one day. I was told by a very rude manager with no eye contact that this was store policy. No hint of customer service. Even asking to have the tent brought out to my car solicited facetious and impatient comments. Never again will I shop there. The manager in Burleigh was a LOT more friendly. I should have gone back there. Considering I spent a total of $750 in store it was an awful experience. I think the lack of AC makes all the staff irritable.
