I had supplied the model nbr and name of my Companion 2-burner gaz stove asking for which knob should I order to replace a broken one, sinceTentworld was showing two different types of such knob as well as my 2-burner in their catalogue.
I followed the advice, received a package with 2 knobs, but they do not fit. I was advised to go to my nearest Tentword dealer with my 2-burner gaz, but I do not drive and I could not see a convenient public transport option.
